You
You’ll probably have held a senior commercial role in a significant company. You’ll quite possibly be a New Impetus alumnus but it’s not essential. You’ll be eager to adopt our values, because you’re pretty much doing that anyway. So you’ll be strong when necessary, always warm, confident, empathetic and genuinely positive. Business development skills are key to success. So although you won’t necessarily be an experienced trainer or coach, you will have a great track record in account managing, selling to, or negotiating contracts with SMEs or large corporates.
